Chairman Philip Lindquist read a June 10, 2005 lrtter from Southeastern Development Corporation requesting a continuance of the public hearing for Hemlock Hills Phase II and granting a continuance to August 7, 2005 for the filing of a Certificate of Action.
Motion to accept the request for a continuance: Gerard LeBlanc
Second: David Nagle
Vote: 5-0
Motion to continue the public hearing for Hemlock Hills - Phase 2 until July 14, 2005 at 8:00 p.m.: David Nagle
